One-Side-Up Glam Waves
- Use jumbo hot rollers to make loose waves in your hair.
- Create a deep side part on the right side of your head.
- Pin the right side of your hair back behind your ear with a large hair comb.
Flipped Twist
- Create an off-center part.
- Take a two-inch section from the front of the left side of your part and twist it back and down toward the nape of your neck. Secure it there with two bobby pins.
- Repeat step two on the right side of your part.
- Gather the rest of your hair into a low ponytail, then flip your ponytail up in a half-twist and secure it to your head with three or four bobby pins.
Pretty Swirl
- Separate your hair into a top half and a bottom half.
- Sweep the top section straight back and into a ponytail. Secure with an elastic.
- Wrap the ponytail around the elastic to make a swirl pattern (like a loose bun).
- Secure the ends of the ponytail under the swirl with two or three bobby pins and spritz the swirl with strong hold hairspray to keep it in place.
Twirl Crazy
- Take a two- to three-inch section of hair from anywhere on your head and twist it around your finger to form a coil, letting one inch of the end of the hair remain uncoiled. Secure the coil to your head with two bobby pins, letting the one-inch end stick out.
- Repeat all over your head, until all of your hair is coiled and secured.
BELOW-THE-SHOULDER
Tousled With Sides Clipped
- Spray or finger a light texurizer through your hair. Scrunch it with your hands to make it look messy.
- Create a deep side part on the left side of your head.
- Pull back the side of your hair above your left ear and secure it loosely to the back of your head with two bobby pins.
- Pull back the side of your hair above your right ear and secure it loosely to the back of your head with two bobby pins, leaving a small section at the top of your head--and any bangs you may have--free.
Sleek Wrapped Ponytail
- Brush your hair back into a ponytail that's just above your eyebrow level. Secure it with an elastic.
- Take a large piece of hair from the ponytail and wrap it around the elastic.
- Secure the ends of the piece of hair underneath the ponytail with two bobby pins.
Mini Side Pony
- Create a left-of-center part.
- Gather a two-inch section of hair from the left side of the part. Pull it back into a mini side-ponytail and secure with an elastic.
High-Tucked Tail
- Gather the top third of your hair and clip or otherwise set it aside while you work on the rest of the style.
- Pull the bottom two-thirds of your hair as high a ponytail as you can. Secure with an elastic.
- Take the top third of your hair and part it on the side. Pull each side straight back and bobby pin them just underneath the ponytail.
